Quadra Holistic Wellness Using a variety of gentle, manual techniques, I assess and correct my clients' ailments. My goal is to help people relax, realign, and rejuvenate.

I am a graduate of a 3000 hour Advanced Clinical Registered Massage Therapy program, as well as a Manual Osteopath. I specialize in a variety of techniques, including Swedish Massage, Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue Massage, Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Sports Massage, Myofascial Cupping, Visceral Manipulation, Craniosacral Therapy, and Osteopathic Articular Techniques. I am also a level two Reiki Practitioner, and currently studying aromatherapy, and working on a 500 hour yoga teacher training.
