As Petal’s Security and Compliance Principal Advisor, Sébastien ensures internal security processes meet the high standards of our organization and clients. His nearly 20 years of experience, as well as recent master's degree and CISSP Certification, provide critical context for understanding the rapidly evolving field of cybersecurity.

Sébastien’s fueled by Petal's mission, the people who guide it, and the Montréal office’s glorious coffee machine. Inspiration and caffeine—a powerful combo!

His main goal at Petal is connecting the mission with our people by enabling secure, compliant ways of working efficiently.

As the Senior Manager of Growth Marketing, Maude crushes campaigns like she crushes Yoggies—her preferred at-work snack. The healthcare crisis loop fatigues care teams, and in turn, worsens outcomes for patients. Access to care becomes narrowed system-wide.

Here are key stats illustrating the strain:

➡️ 53% of physicians report high burnout and 94% of nurses show symptoms.
➡️ 22.6 million overtime hours are logged in hospitals.
➡️ 1 in 7 emergency visits could be managed in primary care.
