Baby is camera shy. Here's what to do. 📸👶

1. Have a sweet snack 🍫
Something sweet encourages baby to move and reposition. Juice, fruit, or a small chocolate works great.

2. Take a short walk 🚶‍♀️
Movement from mom often helps baby shift. Your sonographer may ask you to walk around between attempts.

3. Stay hydrated 💧
Good amniotic fluid levels make for clearer images. Drink plenty of water in the days leading up.
