I attended an amazing workshop with Paula Jaspar this weekend on Part 1 Massage Therapy during the child bearing year. It was a wealth of knowledge. I am very excited to expand my practice with these tools and knowledge that I have learned for pre and post natal patients 🤓🤰🤱🏼

We are excited to welcome a new face to the clinic!

Welcome, Shelby Heppner! 😊

Shelby has recently graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy. She will be challenging her board exams in a few weeks to become a Registered Massage Therapist.

Shelby will be joining us at the clinic starting in June. While she awaits her board exam results, she will be offering Spa Practitioner services.

Born and raised in Quesnel, Shelby transitioned from a decade-long career operating heavy equipment to follow her passion for massage therapy. Recently graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria, BC, Shelby is now awaiting her board exams to become a registered practitioner.

Outside of her professional life, Shelby enjoys hiking, paddle-boarding, traveling and a lively playlist. She deeply values time spent with family and friends and loves bonding with her pup, Penny. Shelby looks forward to partnering with you on your path to health and wellness.

Last week I completed my Trager®️ Level 1 training. 🤓

I am excited to add this therapy to my tool box and to explore the training further.
