Steven offers Kung Fu, Kick Boxing, Self Defense Tactics, Jui-Jitsu/MNA and Tai Chi. This is offered to anyone who would like to boost their fitness, or learn valuable skills. It is an inviting atmosphere to youth and adults, and Steven does make it affordable for families, helping keeping children active.
