To show you how to connect with your inner wisdom and inner healer. My name is Valerie Rippel and I currently live in Quesnel, BC. I grew up in Houston, a small town in BC, I lived there for 38 years before moving to Alberta. Divine timing for moving and meeting my teachers and soul family. It was in Grande Prairie that my life changed and I started to pay attention to my intuition and messages. The Universe put into motion my lifepath that I strayed from and showed me what I was. I remember walking into a Psychic fair looking for someone and having 2 different psychic readers ask to do a reading on me, I declined them both for some reason but they both told me I was a healer, a Shaman, I didn't believe them. But here I am, a healer the Shaman part I'm still figuring out. Several years ago I was introduced to Reiki healing; I was intrigued and wanted to learn it for my own personal use with family and my animals. I couldn't stop at learning just Reiki, so I continued in a program called SAGE. The program was a nine month course learning many healing techniques to healing on all the levels; body, mind, and soul. Since finishing the program I have decided that helping people heal is what I am here to do and this is when Guided Hands Healing came to be. Now called Val's Healing Hands and Soul Therapy
When I started I went to people's homes and set up and did sessions, I had two spaces for healing; a room in my home for those who lived out towards Debolt, and a room I rented in Grande Prairie, AB. I am an Usui Reiki Master Teacher, Karuna Reiki Master Teacher, Deep Cellular Healing Ptractioner, Chakra clearing, and an Access Bars practitioner. I am a healer, I am a Psychic/Medium, I give messages from guides, angels, and loved ones who have passed. I use some or all of these modalities in my healing sessions. Imagine the health benefits of Reiki and add the messages I get, now that is some powerful healing. Your journey has begun. Here are a few benefits for Reiki:

THE UNKNOWN & AWAKENING TO TRUST

The mind is naturally cautious when there is uncharted territory ahead.

What If when fear is arising - it’s not because you are moving in the wrong direction - it’s because you are at the edge of profound change?

Even if new territory holds the promise of growth and something new and exciting, hesitation is natural - but it’s not meant to control you.

Instead,
May it be the final echo of the old version of self that is dissolving.

The unknown always feels intimidating right before it becomes your new reality.

In a moment of hesitation, may you simply remember that everything has prepared you for this - and step forward, despite uncertainty.

May you have courage.

Courage is not the absence of fear - it means moving forward while fear whispers in the background.

The Universe doesn’t need you to feel 100% certain about every step that lies ahead. It only asks for your willingness…

May you be willing to trust your quiet inner knowing when it whispers and nudges you forward.

May your actions align with your inner knowing.

The moment you take the first step, something remarkable happens and The Universe meets you halfway.
Everything rises into full visibility, you stand at the edge of a reality that once felt distant - and you see a new version of youraelf - remembering that you are capable of walking the path.

May lingering doubt fade because you trust in your own direction.

As March comes to a close, my class offerings are being completed! I have an Animal Spirit Guide class coming up on March 28(register by March 26)then a Level 3 Deep Cellular Healing class in April as well as requested Renew Deep Cellular Healing Level 2 and 3 classes for those who have taken these classes previously. AWAKENING
TO A NEW TIMELINE

Is your patience with negativity waning?

My name is Valerie Rippel and I currently live outside Grande Prairie, AB. I grew up in Houston, a small town in BC, I lived there for 38 years before moving to Alberta. Divine timing for moving and meeting my teachers and soul family. I am a country girl at heart so I live on an acerage with my horses, dogs, and cat enjoying my space. A few years ago I was introduced to Reiki healing; I was intrigued and wanted to learn it for my own personal use with family and my animals.
