We are hiking the Dixon Trail this Monday May 04th at 6:00pm🥾 This is a nice trail that opens up to beautiful views of the Pinnacles from the other side! A 1.5-2 hr hike and its going to be ☀️! Water and poles recommended! Drop us a message if you will be joining!🌲

"Roots grounded 🌲 Hearts open 💓. Spirits blooming. 🌷 We would like to take a moment to say thank you to everyone who made our retreat so special.
From cold tent nights to full hearts. We leaned into the adventure, embracing the chill, the laughter and even the moments that brought tears. There is something powerful about stepping outside the comfort and finding connection in the simplest ways.
Together we moved , hiked, reflected and grew. We shared incredible food, created earthly handmade soaps, and grounded through yoga and nature.
We came as individuals and left as a beautiful garden 🪴 💐.

Shout out to SharGloMa Soapworks for helping us create these beautiful Root to Bloom inspired soaps! Rooted Spring🌷and Forest Root 🌲 were our 2 scents created with essential oils! This class was super fun and very creative! We love our final product! Thank you!🌲🌷🫧

We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Marie-Soleil Forsyth for introducing Zumba to our Sunday morning Retreat!💃. We enjoyed healthy movement, laughter and joy as we danced under the sun in the fresh outside air! This was a truly uplifting hour provided to the ladies Sunday morning!🎶☀️. Pitch a tent or trailer in the designated overnight area⛺️ Head home to your space and rise and shine for 8 back at the lodge🏠

We will make space so your roots are nourished with wholesome food, snacks, rest and time to reflect. Take the time you need when you need it! Its your retreat!🌻

We will restore energy thru walking and hiking among nature.🌲🥾☀️

We will bring balance and bloom thru daily yoga, meditation, breath work, journaling and time to reflect.🧘‍♀️📚

We will grow and challenge our fun and creative side thru Zumba and creating our very own natural soap bars💃🫧

Grateful to catch and provide a seafood dinner of salmon and halibut from Haida Gwaii for our Root and Bloom Retreat 🎣. As well our retreat will be fuelled with delicious jumping bean coffee brought over from Newfoundland!☕️☀️. We have a couple spots left!🟢.
