Did you know? It’s National Dental Hygiene Week! 🦷🪥

National Dental Hygiene Week is celebrated annually in Canada during the second week of April, with this years theme being “Oral Health for Total Health”. This week highlights the importance of maintaining good oral health and recognizes the contributions of dental hygienists in promoting oral health. It also focuses on educating the public about the role of dental hygiene in overall health, prevention of oral diseases, and the importance of regular dental visits for maintaining a healthy smile.

Great news for eligible Canadians! 🦷🪥

We’re happy to announce that applications for the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP) will open to all eligible Canadians aged 18 to 64 this May!

The online applications will open by age group as follows:
• May 1: 55 to 64 years old
• May 15: 18 to 34 years old
• May 29: 35 to 54 years old

Once applications open for eligible Canadians aged 18 to 64 years old, they will be able to apply online, by phone or by visiting a Service Canada Centre.
