This replaces complex resolutions with a single, gentle theme to guide you into 2026.

-REFLECT & BREATHE:
-Take a few deep breaths and think about what you want more of in your life (examples: ease, soften, stillness, retore, pause, rest, rise, brave, focus, glow, authentic, kindness, nourish, grace, heal, connection.)

-PICK YOUR WORD:
-Choose a word that feels like an "exhale" when you say it. It feels good in your heart & head. Don't overthink it-trust the first word that truly resonates with you.

-MAKE IT VISIBLE:
-Write this word down on a sticky note, set it as your phone wallpaper, or place it where you can frequently and easily revisit it, so it serves as a gentle daily reminder to fall back on whenever you feel overwhelmed in the new year.

Give it a try even if you aren't feeling chaotic, it will deepen your zen. 😎😀

Our Story

Rhonda has been a Registered Massage Therapist in Meadow Lake, SK for nearly 20 years and continues to have a passion for her career. Rhonda has a strong commitment to continuing education and is constantly upgrading her skills. While continuing to practice her profession and be a full time mom, she has studied advanced training in her areas of special interest including Craniosacral Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Myofascial Cupping, Hatha Yoga, Pre-Natal/Post Natal Yoga and Gentle/Restorative Yoga. Appointments with Rhonda are booked by time not service (multiple length sessions provided). Each visit is customized, providing one specific therapy or a combination of therapies. Rhonda offers Direct Billing to many Insurance Companies. Check with your insurance company that you are able to direct bill before booking your appointment. SGI client approved.
