1) 'Get Outside' Self Care Challenge. This can involve a variety of activities. Ideas for you.

-take a walk outside while the weather is beautiful.
-enjoy a picnic in the park.
-practice outdoor yoga, workout in your backyard.
-garden harvest/cleanup.
-sit on your deck and read.
-play with your children or pets outside.
-sit under a tree and observe nature.
-sit around the firepit in the evening and stargaze.

Even 20 minutes can reduce stress, improve mood, increase focus & increase your energy. Simple!

1) Create either a daily or weekly self care routine. UP YOUR SELF CARE GAME!

Don't make this difficult. Create a plan that is truly doable for you.
What could this look like? Everyone's will be different.

-get up 30 minutes earlier and workout or stretch or both.
Seriously, think about it. Getting up 30 minutes earlier isn't going to kill you, is it?
-maybe add meditation or journaling to your day.
-add a walk to your day while the weather is beautiful.
-set 20 minutes a day for 'you time'. Do something you love in those 20 minutes.
20 minutes of your day, that's it. Think about it!
-plan for a class or classes at one of the local fitness centers. Mark those in your calendar.
-get into pickleball. Don't use the excuse you don't know how. I know there are people that already play that can help you start.

These are just a few ideas.

Silence the watches, put the phones away, stay off all social media for 6 hours today.
I was going to say 8, but i thought a few may get mad at me. ๐Ÿ˜‰

It is going to be a beautiful fall day today. Go outside and enjoy it with family, friends or take time by yourself.
If you are preserving, doing garden or yard work you are too busy anyway to be on social media.
If you aren't into a yard/garden right now...start your hobby, read a book, food prep for the week.

JUST NO SOCIAL MEDIA FOR 6 HOURS.

Our Story

Rhonda has been a Registered Massage Therapist in Meadow Lake, SK for nearly 20 years and continues to have a passion for her career. Rhonda has a strong commitment to continuing education and is constantly upgrading her skills. While continuing to practice her profession and be a full time mom, she has studied advanced training in her areas of special interest including Craniosacral Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Myofascial Cupping, Hatha Yoga, Pre-Natal/Post Natal Yoga and Gentle/Restorative Yoga. Appointments with Rhonda are booked by time not service (multiple length sessions provided). Each visit is customized, providing one specific therapy or a combination of therapies. Rhonda offers Direct Billing to many Insurance Companies. Check with your insurance company that you are able to direct bill before booking your appointment. SGI client approved.
