I’ve had so much joy with my Wednesday night classes on the chakras lately. A lot of people don’t know about the power they harness, and how they can tap into their intuition on a different level by using their chakra energy.

Due to a teething child I have made some changes in my schedule for the time being. I now only have one morning class that is kid friendly, so you may or may not see my children make an appearance. I’ve moved to the other classes to the evening to accommodate a more quiet and personal atmosphere.

As always, if you cannot make one of the live classes, I will upload them to my website and those with active memberships will be able to watch them upon their own convenience.

REMINDER: Friday is the last day to sign up for my Reiki Workshop, we have a nice little group of people joining. This will be lovely energy that we will get to share with eachother and ourselves šŸŒ™

In the meantime, I must share this amazing eggnog protein shake recipe. It tastes like Christmas and so easy to make.

1 scoop of Equip Vanilla Protein
1 egg + 1 egg yolk
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup water
Dash of cinnamon and nutmeg
8-10 ice cubes

Blend together for 15-20 seconds, until there’s no ice chunks. Enjoy, this is the s**z!!

Poses I’ve been trying to improve and now I’m finally seeing the results of my hard work!

Don’t get discouraged if your body ā€˜doesn’t move that way’ because I guarantee one day it certainly can. Keep going, keep trying. DO. NOT. GIVE. UP. PERIOD!!!

I’ve been practicing yoga for over 20 years and since having children my body has needed a lot of extra love. I lost the ability to get into certain asanas but I keep telling myself it will happen again one day.

Cheers to these 3 poses that I have been able to accomplish in the last few months, and cheers to many more along the journey of a healthy life.

It’s crazy how a year of hard work and dedication can change you! There’s about 65 pounds difference here in just under a year.

So many people want a quick fix. You can’t just go for one run, eat a salad, and call it a day.

There’s discomfort, there’s sweat, oh, there’s a lot of sweat! There’s days where you doubt yourself, and there’s days where you feel so bad ass you never want to quit.

Consistency is key. Rome was not built in a day, and neither were you. Stay consistent and stay confident in the journey.

Depending on your goals, your journey may be a few months or may be a few years, my journey will last a lifetime!

I’ve lost 100 pounds on three separate occasions now, once before I had children, and twice after having children. Even though I have all of the tools and resources, it never gets easier, I still have to put in the hard work and have that growth mindset.

Leave your excuses at the door and just do it. Don’t wait until Monday, don’t wait until the new year, start today!

Hi everyone! I am Vanessa, a 30yr female, and also a graduate of the prestigious Blanche MacDonald Center in Vancouver, BC. Having 9 years under my belt, I always find one thing, my knowledge and my passion keep growing more and more each and every day in this industry. I don't just have a job, I have a career. There's nothing I love more than to be a positive part of my clients busy schedules...whether it's a simple eyebrow wax or a relaxing massage, I guarantee that your service and time with me will be the highlight of your day.
