Getting a decent workout in with kids can be tough. They need you, they fight, they cry, they take over your gym equipment 😂

No one said it was easy, but staying determined and showing up anyways is the name of the game. Let your kids interrupt, do what you can, set good examples for your kiddos, just keep moving 💪

It’s so easy to let excuses get in our way. I don’t have time, my kids won’t allow me, I’m injured, there’s a lot, I get it!

That’s why I created this community for moms. I offer workouts from 10 minutes to 30 minutes, I offer modifications for all levels, including injuries. And I am here to normalize working out with kids by your side.

Are you confident as a mother?

And I don’t just mean, are you confident with your parenting skills, I mean, are you confident in your body? Are you confident emotionally? Mentally confident? Confidence comes in all forms, and to truly thrive, I firmly believe you need to have a strong confidence in all shapes and forms.

Building confidence is not always easy… Our biological makeup can only do so much and once pregnancy and childbirth hit, our hormones go out for a joy ride and sometimes don’t always come back the way they once were.

Surrounding ourselves with a great support group can help us on our journey to reclaiming our confidence as mothers. Do you have that support?

Join me for this tranquil Yin Yoga, Meditation & Yoga Nidra workshop 💫

In this 2 hour workshop I will enlighten you with 6 different types of meditation techniques, give you a run down of yoga nidra, and cover the basics to yin yoga so you have the confidence to cultivate mindfulness and relaxation in your daily life 🌙

is a practice that involves focusing your mind on a specific object, thought, or activity to achieve a calm and clear state of mind. It can help reduce stress and anxiety, and improve your overall well-being ✌️

involves holding specific poses for extended periods while focusing on your emotions, thoughts, and physical sensations 🧘‍♀️

is a guided meditation technique that involves lying down and focusing on your breath and body. It's also known as "yogic sleep" or "effortless relaxation” 😴

Our Story

Hi everyone! I am Vanessa, a 30yr female, and also a graduate of the prestigious Blanche MacDonald Center in Vancouver, BC. Having 9 years under my belt, I always find one thing, my knowledge and my passion keep growing more and more each and every day in this industry. I don't just have a job, I have a career. There's nothing I love more than to be a positive part of my clients busy schedules...whether it's a simple eyebrow wax or a relaxing massage, I guarantee that your service and time with me will be the highlight of your day. I am still open to taking new clients, and am also very flexible with my schedule to accommodate each and every one of your needs :)
