I am so blessed and grateful for the huge flow of Birthday love I received.

I am also beyond excited for what this coming year has in store. So many new beginnings, I can’t stop smiling!

Remember age is just a number your only as old as you feel. I have my energy back from my early 20’s, and I actually think I have more energy now then I did then!

For many years I was really sick my adrenals were so low, I could barely function, I was in constant survival mode.
Too many years of doing things that don’t light your heart on fire can really take it’s toll. But that’s a longer story for another day!

I am back better then before, and so ready to take another trip around the sun!! 🌞🎉
