So let me ask you this...Does your gym care if the weather is bad, if your car started, if the roads were good enough to get to the gym tomorrow? I bet not.

Canadian winters can put a damper on your fitness. Its a thing. This week I suggested two clients pick a different day to come because the weather was not safe for driving and did a quick online session because I needed to cancel a class.

Thats the difference between a boutique gym and a big box gym. I highly suggest you join us little guys. We give a s**t. đź’Ş

Kim Surian you have been incredible! I'm so proud of you. Here are some numbers about Kim.
90- the number of days she has been on this journey
22- the number of lbs of fat lost
88- this is number of lbs of pressure reduced from Kim's weight bearing joints (hips, knees, ankles and lower back)
10.5- the number of inches lost from chest, waist and hips

More importantly than just numbers though are the things I have observed. Increased strength, increased mobility, range of motion is starting to improve, and overall mindset is leaps and bounds better from 3 months ago!

Kim you are making huge strides towards your goal. Being very proud of your accomplishments!

Jan 5th - Feb 16th is our 6 week workout like a girl challenge. This year will be a little different than previous years. No scales! Of course you can use your scale and include that number in your final results. I will be choosing our big winner (1 month free fitness and nutrition coaching), based on overall results and participation. Measurements, before and after transformation, enthusiasm, check ins and mindset.

Healthy Living is so much more than a number on the scale and this year we are going to prove it!

In order to win the free month you have to be a tier 3 or tier 4 member BUT there are weekly prizes up for grabs also!
