Age is a number...lots of different numbers, and if you don't prioritize your health those numbers will be reflective of that!
We often stress about weight and BMI, but those numbers are often irrelevant, especially for those of us who focus on muscle. By the way, muscle mass and bone density... those things matter.
In Kim's case, a blood panel from 6 months ago and her most recent blood panel a week ago proved that clean eating and regular and consistent exercise does improve numbers. Her A1C, cholesterol and yes BMI all improved greatly.
At 67 years old I watched her hair, her skin, her posture, mobility, strength and mindset all improve.
