These are just a handful of the people I have connected with in Penhold over the years. I am so thankful they were able to attend my last leg day!
Today I finished teaching a class (classes), that have been part of my life for four years.
Four years.
This wasn’t just a group fitness class. This was the group that gave me a chance when others didn’t. When doors were closed… they opened one. When I was still building, still proving, still figuring it out… they showed up.
They are a huge part of how Me 1st Fitness & Coaching grew from an idea into something real.
And whether they realize it or not, they also helped build the confidence behind Grit & Grace Apothecary.
They trusted me with their health.
They trusted me with their goals.
They trusted me enough to let me into their personal lives… their struggles… their wins… even their kids’ lives.
That’s not business.
That’s relationship.
These people are more than clients. They are friends. They are part of my foundation.
Walking away isn’t about leaving. It’s about growth. But that doesn’t make it light.
You can be proud and emotional at the same time.
I am beyond grateful for the years, the loyalty, the laughter, the sweat, the inside jokes, and the belief — especially in the early days.
They helped build this.
And I will never forget that. Thank you to each of you, for your gifts, your understanding, your texts, your support, your friendship. I love every single one of you...even you Melissa Dudley even you 😉
Onward. But always thankful for where it started.
💚
I tried to tag all of you. Your names just wouldn't come up. Trust me when I say none of you were forgotten. Especially Issy DeLeeuw y with a handful of my ass! 😄 🤣
