Hello to all of my wonderful massage therapy clients!

It may not feel like it with the snow in the forecast but spring has sprung! And with this being said many people start thinking about their physical and mental health. If you are someone who put your Health on the back burner through the winter and are now thinking of getting back on your regular massage therapy routine I just wanted to give you a heads up to get booked in sooner than later!

I will probably be going for surgery again in the next couple of weeks so I will be accommodating everyone within the next couple weeks to make sure I get all of you in before I go. This means I won’t be able to do massages for about a month or so after that. So if you would like to book in please contact me soon!

but as you know I am always continuously learning so I can add this to courses I have completed. While it’s not a massage course it is still a valuable course to include in my practice.

Merry Christmas from our home to yours!

As 2021 comes to an end so do the benefit year for many insurance providers. You have been paying for your benefits all year long so why let them go to waste without using them!? Don’t forget to book your self in for a massage before the end of the year to use up all of your benefits!

Everyone should do some form of neck mobility every day. If you are someone that struggles with neck discomfort try doing these exercises! Just do each exercise for 30 seconds. That means this will only take you three minutes a day.

Just kidding! Life really isn’t that hard. I love what I do. There is nothing I love more than being able to make a difference in the lives of others. This is why I have spent many years working in nonprofit and as a massage therapist. Both of these allow me to make a positive impact in the lives of others.
