Movember is an annual event involving growing of moustaches during the month of November - it is more than a month of growing moustaches—it’s a movement to raise awareness for men’s health, both mental and physical. It’s a reminder to check in on ourselves and the men around us—our fathers, brothers, sons, uncles, grandfathers, and friends. Together, we can start meaningful conversations and support one another through life’s challenges.

At Shalom Counselling Centre, we believe in creating spaces where hope grows and healing begins. Our team of counsellors are here to listen, guide, and walk alongside the men in our community—offering a safe and supportive environment to talk about the things that matter most.

This Movember, let’s break the silence, open conversations, and remind the men in our lives that they are never alone on their journey toward wellness.
