This fascia rolling workshop is a simple step-by-step self-treatment method that will show you how to use a variety of grippy, pliable rubber balls, lacrosse or tennis balls, foam rollers and other tools to improve mobility.

This workshop includes a take home handout, video links, connection with an experienced trainer, and access to all the tools you need to explore rolling. Aimed at the avid rolling enthusiasts or new to rolling individuals.
