1. We stand behind the ice cream we produce 100%. (If we could, we’d stand inside it too, but that gets messy.)
2. We are constantly seeking ways to improve — whether that’s perfecting our recipes, inventing new flavours, or just scooping faster when the line is out the door.
3. We strongly encourage you to try before you buy. With 32 flavours, there’s something for everyone — but not everyone loves everything. Some people swoon over black licorice, others think it tastes like potting soil. That’s why samples exist.

Now, we know sometimes the shop gets busy and you just want to dive right in. But if you ever end up with a scoop that doesn’t make your taste buds sing? Come back inside. We’ll find you something you like. Because life is too short to eat ice cream you don’t enjoy.

While we would normally assume everyone just wants to see ice cream, apparently you also enjoy being addressed as if this were an annual shareholder update. We thank you for that.

May we please have your attention. Ross Street ice cream co. has ice cream, ice cream is good when it is very warm out. We would like to kindly remind you we are Downtown under Tacoloft.

The few Key things that make us the right choice on a hot Day are as follows:
- we make our own from scratch.
- trained chefs come up with our recipes.
- we are the only ice cream shop that has a puppet and a unicorn mask.
-we are the only ice cream shop on the Ross Street
patio
- we make unique and interesting flavours
- We are the only ice cream shop with an authentic ghost in our basement.
