We’re so excited to introduce you to Morgan at the Social Shift Collective!

Morgan is a Master of Counselling student at City University who values creating a safe, non-judgmental, and collaborative space where you feel heard and empowered. She believes you’re the expert in your own life, and her role is to walk alongside you helping uncover insights, explore possibilities, and navigate life’s challenges with compassion and curiosity.

Her approach is grounded in person-centered therapy, integrating Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and narrative therapy. Morgan supports individuals and couples through parenting challenges, relationships, women’s issues, personal growth, life transitions, perfectionism, and people-pleasing.

Outside the therapy room, Morgan enjoys family time, sending funny memes to her husband and siblings, reading, outdoor adventures (weather permitting), and the endless entertainment of her cat, Kronk.
We’re so lucky to have her with us!

We’re excited to welcome Dane to the Social Shift Collective!

Dane knows reaching out for therapy is tough, and he’s here to guide you every step of the way whether that’s unpacking emotions, finding solutions, or simply holding space.

He works with children, teens, students, and adults, using ACT, CBT, and Solution-Focused therapy tailored to your needs. Dane supports those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodivergence, and more with a special passion for musicians and tech workers.

Outside of therapy, Dane enjoys drumming, basketball, video games, and staying connected to his Filipino-Canadian roots.

Ever feel like your brain’s running on ten ideas, three emotions, and one cup of cold coffee? Sound familiar? You’re in good company.

Candice is a Registered Social Worker who supports both adults and kids navigating ADHD and anxiety. Living with ADHD herself and parenting neurodivergent children, she brings both lived and professional understanding to her work. She gets how exhausting it can be to care so much, think so much, and still feel like you’re behind even when you’re trying your hardest.
She brings warmth, humor, and genuine compassion to every session. Her work isn’t about “fixing” anyone or adding more worksheets to your to-do list it’s about helping you reconnect with the parts of yourself that get lost in the chaos: your creativity, curiosity, and sense of enjoyment.

Whether she’s helping a child understand their big emotions or an adult caught between motivation and burnout, Candice focuses on finding strategies that feel authentic, doable, and true to the person sitting across from her moving away from overwhelm without losing the spark that makes you who you are.

No diagnosis required, just curiosity and a desire to better understand your beautifully busy mind.
