What's the difference?

Weighted and non weighted tuning forks have many distinct differences, the main noticeable difference is the weights on the fork (left).

A weighted fork has a longer duration of vibration, the sound is less prominent which emphasizes vibrational energy over auditory pitch.

Non-weighted forces produce a clear audible tone that vibrate at a higher audible frequency initially, however the sound fades quickly.

Each fork has its own unique use.

When demonstrating to a client what an energetic blockage looks like, we use a non-weigted fork to show the different in pitch, from light to dense or from a high clear tone to muffled distortion.

For clearing and grounding we use a weighted fork, utilizing the longer vibrational tone to recalibrate the biofield from head to toe.

For the past few years I have been learning about the menstrual cycle, the phases, how the female body functions as the hormones shift, and how crucial it is for us women to learn how to work with our cycle instead of fighting againt it.

Energy levels ebb and flow as hormones fluctuate, food cravings change, sleep becomes important closer to menstration, energy builds during the follicular phase, energy peaks closer to day 15 due to ovulation, then energy level tank as estrogen falls during the luteal phase.
