Do you have to use up your Group Health benefits or Health Spending Account before December 31st?
If so, we need to know when you come into the office.
As a provider we are not able to direct bill for glasses &/or contact lenses until the product is PICKED UP.
Therefore, due to Christmas, there may be delays in getting the product in and picked up before December 31st.
It is advised purchasing this close to year end that you pay upfront and submit your receipts for reimbursement ASAP to prevent any issues.
We are unable to back date claims for product picked up in January 2026.
