We needed good quality faux wooden blinds for a rental apartment renovation and I emailed Leo at ablindsexpertsinc@shaw.ca
Not only did he offer a lower priced option (which we decided not to take) as it was going into a rental and he was allowing for budget concerns but after a very short interval the blinds were installed and I received an email from him saying he had reordered two blinds as they did not fit as well as they should have.
In all my years of hiring outside people to supply product this was the first time someone had decided on their own that something was not of proper quality. Mind you, I had not SEEN the installation when this happened; it was simply cause and effect of Leo’s drive for customer satisfaction with a quality product.
Our renter is over the moon with the way the apartment looks, loves the appearance of the blinds and is happily getting settled.
Our apartment manager was thrilled and impressed that all he had to do is open the facility to Leo to do the measurements and then the installation which was done and cleaned up so professionally that it appeared the blinds had just grown there without any human help.
Leo and ablindsexpertsinc@shaw.ca is going on our preferred contractor list, people I can simply call to have a job done correctly, done the way I would do it without ever having to actually be there to make sure it IS done properly. It has taken a long time to put this list together and it takes exceptional service to get on it.
