Reiki Training Red Deer

Reiki Training Red Deer Dear Friend, Thank you so much for taking the time to stop by. I still remember my first Reiki Certification Training I took like it was yesterday.

Reiki Certification Workshops (all levels), Meditation, Manifesting Abundance, Practical Spirituality Life Skills, Emotion Mastery, Devine Feminine/ Masculine through in person events and now through the Metaphysics Online Academy. It was the fall of 2004. Earlier that spring I had been healed of a severe lower back injury through a method I never ever dreamed was possible. A friend of mine, who had been reading a book on energy healing, came over and by gently resting his hands on my lower back initiated a healing process that in two treatments restored my back to the health and vibrance I had once enjoyed but thought I may have lost forever. That was when everything changed. I began to explore all areas of energy healing, meditation, energy physiology, and more. I started a weekly meditation group and have conducted over 200 meditation gatherings. After taking my initial Reiki levels in 2004 I became a Reiki Master and Teacher and taught my first certification class in December of 2005. Since that time I have taught hundreds of students through out Canada, the United States, Mexico, and the United Kingdom. Sharing what I have learnt with people just like you is not a 9 to 5 job for me. It’s not something I do. It’s what I am here to do. For myself and my team it truly is a way of life. If you have come this far, I encourage you to take the next step and register for our next workshop(s) in your area. I assure you that it is not a mistake that you are here.

The goal isn’t to eliminate thought loops forever.

That’s not how the mind works.

The real progress looks like this:

You notice the loop earlier.
You interrupt it faster.
You return to clarity sooner.

Over time you stop feeling trapped in your thoughts and start feeling like someone who can choose where attention goes.

And that changes everything.

That’s the heart of the Escaping the Mind Loop application guide.

Every emotion is trying to complete a natural cycle.

Beginning.
Peak.
Resolution.

The problem usually isn’t the emotion itself. The problem is when we interrupt the process by either suppressing it or getting stuck in it.

When you stay present and balanced, the wave comes… and the wave goes.

And you’re still standing.

Interrupting the loop creates an opening.

But here’s the important part…

Your attention needs a new landing place.

Otherwise the mind jumps right back to the loop.

The fastest anchor is usually the body:

• your breath
• the feeling of your feet on the ground
• the sensation of your body sitting in the chair

The body only exists in the present moment, which means the loop can’t follow you there.
This is one of the most powerful steps in the toolkit.

Once you recognize the loop, the next step is to break its momentum.

Not with force.

With curiosity.

Ask yourself:

“Is this thought helping me right now?”

That question instantly creates a gap between you and the loop.

You move from reacting… to observing.

And that moment of space is often enough to loosen the loop.

This is step two inside the Escaping the Mind Loop toolkit.

This video comes from a recent live teaching inside our online community where I shared a quick overview of the process for stopping mind loops.

Mind loops are those repetitive thoughts that keep circling in the background of your mind. The more attention they receive, the stronger they tend to become. In this short teaching I explain the mechanics behind the pattern and introduce the simple steps that help interrupt the cycle and bring your attention back to the present moment.

This recording is taken from one of our live sessions inside our online community. If you’d like to join us for future teachings and discussions, click the link below to learn more and become part of the group:

I’ll also be teaching this topic in more depth during our TikTok Live gathering this Sunday at 11:30 PM.

For the first seven people, I’m also offering the Escaping the Mind Loop Application Guide for free. Send me a DM with the keyword MIND LOOP and I’ll send you the coupon code.

One of the most common responses to uncomfortable emotions is suppression.
We feel something we don’t like, so we push it away or distract ourselves.

But emotions that are pushed down don’t disappear. They get stored in the nervous system and often resurface later as stress, tension, or emotional triggers.

Sometimes the healthiest thing we can do is simply allow the emotion to move.

When I was growing up on the farm, we had a horse, and I really didn’t know much about riding. I’d get on, kick its haunches, and expect it to move straight ahead, but it would just stand there like it had absolutely no interest in cooperating. My father gave me a simple piece of advice that stuck with me. He said, turn the horse and get it moving first, because once it’s moving, then you can start to direct it. That little lesson reaches far beyond riding. It speaks directly to how manifestation so often works in real life.

Sometimes when we’re trying to move toward a desire, the most direct path feels heavy, blocked, or full of resistance. We think if we cannot move straight toward it, then we must be stuck. But often the answer is not to force the shortest route. The answer is to get your energy moving in the general direction. Take an inspired step. Do something connected. Do something adjacent. Do something that opens the current. Because once your energy starts to move, clarity begins to come with it.

Manifesting abundance is not always about charging straight at the goal. Sometimes it is about breaking the stalemate, loosening the resistance, and creating momentum. Movement creates movement. And once that inner and outer energy starts flowing, it becomes so much easier to guide it toward the experience you actually want.

Sometimes the most powerful tools are also the simplest. In my experience teaching energy awareness and practical spirituality, the techniques that truly change our lives are the ones simple enough to use right in the middle of everyday moments. When a practice is easy to remember and apply, it becomes something we actually use. And it’s that consistent application that creates real change.

This week’s featured field guide, Stop the Mind Loop, explores a simple but powerful way to interrupt runaway thoughts and return to the present moment. Inside the guide we explore why the mind naturally builds looping thought patterns, how attention fuels that momentum, and a practical awareness technique that can help break the cycle. I’ve also included one of the exercises from the guide in this week’s infographic so you can try it immediately.

If you’re interested in taking your energy awareness training further, I’ll also be teaching Reiki Level 1 on April 12 and Reiki Level 2 on April 19 here in Red Deer. Links at www.hemispherelearning.ca

Most small desires tend to unfold in a way our mind can easily follow. We can see the path. Step one leads to step two, step two leads to step three, and eventually the result appears. Because the process is visible, it feels logical and predictable. Our mind stays comfortable because it can track the progress along the way.
But the bigger desires, the ones that feel almost sacred in the heart, rarely work like that. These are the dreams where you have no clear idea how they could possibly happen. When you're creating something like this, it can feel as though nothing is changing at all. You continue doing the inner work, the emotional alignment, the inspired actions, and yet the outer world seems quiet. What is really happening is momentum building beneath the surface, like pressure slowly gathering behind a dam.
Then one day the threshold is reached. Critical mass. What looked like “nothing happening” suddenly becomes everything happening. The shift can feel almost instantaneous. Doors open, opportunities appear, and the manifestation arrives in ways you never could have logically planned. When you're working with big desires, the key is understanding this pattern so you don't stop right before the breakthrough begins.

This is a page from the visual companion guide for our enhanced Reiki Level One Training.

In this part of the training we look at the Five Principles of Reiki through a different lens, one that moves beyond simply memorizing the words. In the Visual Companion slide, the principles are explored as vibrational influences that interact directly with our body, emotions, and energy systems. Instead of seeing them as ideas we repeat each day, we begin to understand them as living frequencies that shape how we feel, think, and respond to life.

When we approach the principles this way, they become something we can actually embody. Each one represents a state of alignment that affects our nervous system, our emotional balance, and the flow of energy through the body. By learning to recognize and work with these energetic qualities, the principles shift from being inspirational sayings into practical tools that can guide our daily experience.

This perspective offers a deeper and more comprehensive way of engaging with the Five Principles of Reiki. Rather than stopping at intellectual understanding, the goal is to feel them, practice them, and allow them to naturally express themselves through our thoughts, actions, and presence. When that happens, the principles become something we live, not just something we remember.
