30 YEARS UNSOLVED: Tammy Lee Pipe, 24 was last seen August 29, 1995 at the Cobalt Hotel on Main Street. Her body was discovered four days later in the woods near Agassiz, BC. Tammy struggled with co***ne dependency and worked in the s*x trade in the DTES. Tammy’s stepmother Linda remembers her as thoughtful and considerate. “She had lots of friends and she’d try to help anyone who needed help,” she says. “She loved spending time with her little brother.” Tammy is part of the E-Valley investigation put together by the RCMP to hunt the serial killer responsible for three murders—Tammy, Tracy Olajide, 30 and Victoria Younker, 35.
