Eczema is the name given to a group of diseases that cause inflammation of the skin.

The public can enjoy a breathtaking selection of unique Christmas trees, participate in bidding in a large silent auction, enjoy local talent on the main stage, enter raffles, or shop for treats, sweets, and Christmas decor at the Gift & Sweet Shop. Kids 12 and under can enjoy Candy Cane Lane, featuring over 20 games, activities, and crafts*. There’s something for the whole family! Plus, adults can purchase tickets to Festival of Wines & Spirits to sample food & beverages from Red Deer’s best restaurants & distillers (November 28). Buy tickets for Mistletoe Magic (November 29) where daddies and daughters take part in a magical evening of dining and dancing. This year, Crohn's and Colitis Canada is paying tribute to the children being affected by IBD or
Inflammatory Bowel Disease.

Young and Brave: Children with IBD in Canada

Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis are the two main forms in a group off conditions that otherwise might be described as Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD). Both are diseases that inflame the lining of the gastrointestinal (GI) tract, disrupting your body's ability to digest food, absorb nutrition, and eliminate waste in a healthy manner.

Signs and symptoms can include;
abdominal pain and cramping
severe diarrhea
re**al bleeding
blood in stool
weight loss and diminished appetite.
