We are excited to announce that Tina Whitfield has accepted the role of General Manager at Taylor View Towers. We couldn’t be more pleased to have her stepping into this position.

It is a proud moment to see one of our own care partners take this next step in her professional journey—there truly couldn’t be a better fit. As a long-standing member of our team, Tina brings a wealth of knowledge and experience, supported by a strong foundation as a Recreation Therapist. Her background has given her a deep understanding of resident-directed care, meaningful engagement, and the importance of strong team collaboration.

We are confident that Tina’s leadership, insight, and dedication will continue to strengthen our community and enhance the experience for both residents and employee care partners.

are sad to see our General Manager, Angie, leave us after being such an important part of our team since October 2022.

During her time with Taylor View Towers, Angie has played a key role in our growth and has made a positive impact in so many ways. Her leadership, dedication, and warmth will truly be missed.

Angie is heading back home to Kelowna to be closer to family, and while we’re sad to see her go, we’re excited for this next chapter in her journey.

Once a month, residents gather for a lively games night filled with laughter and a bit of friendly banter. Crib and Uno are always popular, and the room quickly fills with conversation, smiles, and a little friendly competition.

A Wonderful Afternoon of Fun! 🎤

Our very first ECP/Resident Karaoke event was a delightful and fun-filled afternoon! Residents and Employee Care Partners came together to share music, laughter, and great company. With nine brave performers and a room full of enthusiastic supporters, the atmosphere was lively and joyful from start to finish.

Team members from Administration, Recreation, Maintenance, Health Care, ALA Social Worker, and even our General Manager joined in the fun, along with a wonderful mother–daughter duo. The room was filled with laughter, applause, and plenty of memorable performances.

A big congratulations to our winners:
