Aunty-Da’s Essentials is a combination of my two favorite holistic properties, Reiki and Essential Oils.

I was first introduced to the holistic world years ago when I tried so many things to relieve my chronic pain. I suffered for so long with migraines (almost once a week), a sore back every day and vertigo that I couldn’t remember what it felt like to not be in pain. I use to joke around saying I walked like a ninety-year-old woman. My lower back and just below my shoulder blades are fused and there is no cartilage to hold my nerves in place. My legs would go numb and give out on me. I would have numbness in my fingers and arms. I believed it was the cause of most of my headaches combined with stress. I was at a point where I was taking almost 50 extra strength migraine pills within two weeks. I knew I had to find a different way to deal with the pain. I went to a specialist and he tried cortisone shots, and recommended different stretches, the list goes on but nothing worked. Maybe this sounds familiar?!

Then I was introduced to a natural healer who used Essentials oils and energy work, and for the first time, I got off the table and was pain free. My world had changed. I was intrigued and proceeded to do research and found a completely new excitement and passion. Thus began my journey to becoming a holistic healer.
