Yet another update! It seems I have started a little chain of Christmas miracles with the support of others in our community 🙏❤️. I have recieved so many heartbreaking situations and am honored to be able to come together with community to try and support as many as possible. Thank you everyone who has been donating to this powerful movement of love and last minute Christmas miracles in our community. Central alberta you are amazing and I love you!!!

Update!! It seems other amazing souls wanted to help me with creating some Christmas miracles and so far there will be 4 Families getting last minute support to make Christmas possible!!! I love our community!!! Thank you beautiful souls!

Times have been extremely difficult for many families over the past few years...

I do not have children or a family to try and support on a daily basis in this tough economy....

I also do not have the added stress of trying to pull together a Christmas when each month I have to choose between which bills will get paid and which will have to wait....

And so I would like to adopt a family who is struggling this year...

I know we are only a few days away from Christmas but there is still time to pull off a little Christmas miracle for a sweet family in need...

Please like this post so it circulates and send me a message about a family you feel might need this little Christmas miracle.

Please include details about family size, childrens ages and a little about the families situation as I will be going through all the messages and choosing one to support on Friday evening.

Exciting NEW Program launch to kick off 2024!!

The Feminine Dark Mysteries - A Journey into the Unknown….

On January 27th Uranus the planet of radical change and transformation will go direct after spending the last 5 months in retrograde. To honor and support this final planet going into forward motion Sacred Reveal will be launching and hosting this in-person 10 week program.

What does it mean to go into the Dark Mysteries of the Feminine?

It means choosing to step into more of who you are…

More of your rawness, getting comfortable with all of your emotions and learning to let them flow through you, rather than limit you…

We will be creating sacred space for you to form a different relationship to the raw vibration of your emotions- learning to feel them as sensation rather than emotional reactions.

Every emotion has a counter emotion, when we learn to feel them as sensations… This is a Superpower we have at our disposal, but never taught how to utilize…

Many of us were told to “suck it up” or taught that it is not ok to feel our emotions as they made others feel uncomfortable…

This only taught us to fear and repress our emotions, so as adults we feel a sense of powerlessness to them…

For when we are not taught to feel them, we struggle to regulate them…

We loose ourselves to them when they arrive and this only causes more self loathing and feelings of shame to take root within our systems…

It all comes down to reprogramming the mind so it responds differently when these emotions arise from the body…

Creating space to become comfortable in feeling the emotion so we can choose how we want to respond to the different sensations and situation around emotions rather than react or repress.

In this 10 week journey we will meet every other Saturday evening from 6-9 for a 3 hr dive deep to uncover more of who you are…

Journeying through the guilt, shame, fear, rage and pain to recover lost pieces of self that are ready to be reclaimed and integrated.

This program consists of 4 in-person meets for deep dives into self… And on the 5th meet we will be taking part in a Dark Goddess photo shoot held by Wild Earth Artistry… This is to capture and solidify the new found power and liberation you reclaimed from your journey into the mysteries of self, and all of her raw beauty… You will receive 3 individual photos as well and 2 group photos to commemorate your journey.

Life experiences are not meant to trap us in the past…


They are meant to teach us and empower us to show up differently in the future…

If the past has been holding you back from fully living your best life... Then this program will be the perfect start for you to rewrite your story…

From Victim to Victor… You get to make the choice!

UPDATE for meets at studio- I will be starting with offering group meet ups every two weeks as I will be away to Vancouver for part of the month of November. Our first meet up will take place next week - nov 8th from 7-9

I had hoped to start this week (nov 1st) but unfortunately my tummy is feeling a little off this afternoon and I would not want to risk passing anything on if it is a little bug I am fighting off.

Yesterday afternoon I found myself in a situation where I had to call 911 for a young woman who was overdosing downtown...

My heart broke to know she might not have made it if i had not taken notice when driving past... If I had not been aware of my surroundings when driving and stopped to call for help....

The remainder of the day I found myself in a deeply reflective & aware state... I made myself look around and really see how much suffering there is on our streets...

I reflected on the fact that all those who find themselves in those situations most likely first found themselves dealing with some level of overwhelm or mental health struggles.... One too many wrong turns at the crossroads and now they are battling the inner demons of their addictions and suffering of their circumstances....

And through this reflection I was brought to think of how much emotional suffering and mental health struggle many people in our community are navigating, who are not on the streets.... They may have a roof over their head and some food in their belly but internally they feel like they dont know what their next step is... Who they are.... What they need to do to find internal safety... So many people are navigating some of the greatest challenges of their lives at this time and I feel its time to help....

And so after a sleepless night of tossing and turning I feel called to create a space of healing & connection for those who are looking for support as they navigate the changes in their lives both internally and externally...

It will be called Wellness Wednesday...

This will be a circle where anyone can come and be in community... a safe space to share and connect with others who are also navigating confusing spaces on their journey....

It will be free of charge to attend.... But if possible I ask for people to bring donation items that I can pass out to those in our downtown core who are battling the elements of winter as well as their internal struggle to keep going...

It doesn't have to be much- items that would be amazing are- mittens, scarves, warm hats, socks, warm clothing you have kicking around that you no longer need, female hygiene products, toothbrushes, toothpaste, warm underwear, prepackaged snack bars, old blankets, wet wipes, hottie packs...

I will provide warm tea, cacao and infused water for everyone who joins circle. It will take place every Wednesday from 7-9 pm at my studio in mountview. It is located in the lower level of the sproules IDA.

If it feels right... come and meet some new incredible friends, let yourself feel supported... and help those on the streets who could really use a remainder that people care🙏

There exists within us all a deep well of life, of love, of the infinite. This well is ours for the tapping, ours to drink from with abandon, but it is not always so easy to reach. My life brought me to a place where I had become cut off from the healing power that resides within us, but the connection was not to remain severed. I have spent the past three years traveling the world, redeveloping and deepening my connection with the divine within. Through studying many different healing practices I have been guided to a consciousness that begs only two things of me, that I live in peace with myself and the universe, and that I pass that peace on to others. It is with deep gratitude for the grace I have received that I wish to share my healing experience with Central Alberta.
