A wonderful concert, pies in the face, and endless laughter made up our End of Summer Party! We rocked out with The Allsorts, held a hilarious auction where team members were pied, and even one brave resident got a pie in the face, sweet revenge from our manager after last year’s surprise! We wrapped it all up with a toast to summer, sipping on a delicious fruity punch. ☀️🥧🎶🍹

If the bird is the word, then our kitchen was chirping with talent for our Thanksgiving buffet! What a fantastic feast, we gobbled down the turkey and enjoyed all the fixings! Our culinary team are true geniuses with their cooking gifts. Making memories with our families is such a blessing, and we’re so thankful for our family, friends, and amazing team here at Deer Park Village.

We had a great time at our Thanksgiving party! We enjoyed the pumpkin cheesecake we made together (it tasted even better because we made it ourselves!) and sipped on yummy pumpkin spice lattes. The best part? Hearing our residents share what they’re thankful for, many mentioned the joy of living here and the wonderful team members. A truly heartwarming afternoon! 🥧🙏

Thanksgiving prep is in full swing, and our residents went rogue in the kitchen with no-bake pumpkin cheesecake! Since there was no oven involved, they decided it wasn’t baking at all… it was unbaking! 😆 Of course, an “extra” pie was made strictly for quality control purposes, and it was absolutely scrumptious! 🥧🍁👩‍🍳
