For those who don’t know, I have some time off coming up very soon, with a much needed shoulder surgery.

I am looking forward to beginning the process of healing. It isn’t going to be fun or easy, but it is a necessary step towards finally being at peace with myself mentally and physically.

Hi everyone!
For those who come for treatments, I will be going to be shutting down mid-October to finally get my shoulder surgery I’ve been waiting for.
I will be out of commission for up to 6 months.
I have opened up all available times to get as many people in before my surgery date.

Remember to let go and relax during your treatment! 💚 When we have a lot on our minds, sometimes it can take a minute to decompress and clear your mind. Take a deep breath and remember that you deserve this time for yourself!

P.S. In many holistic health treatments, you're in a position to rest and digest, and a gurgling stomach simply confirms that you are truly relaxed. A noisy stomach is a normal bodily function and is nothing to be embarrassed about!
