Phone Message Centre Outage
Hello all,
We were away last week from the clinic and returned to discover our message centre was not working due to some sort of tech issue with our provider. If you phoned and didn’t receive our message and were unable to leave a message that is the reason. The issue is resolved now and we apologize for any inconvenience.

Summer Vacation Closure

Some sad news… our Shelley is leaving the clinic.

Just as it adversely affected many businesses, the pandemic harmed ours. We have tried to carry on “business as usual”; however, we had to make the very difficult decision to restructure and plan a future without a hired receptionist. After eight years of her invaluable contribution, we are saying goodbye to our rockstar employee and friend - Shelley.

Please don’t miss saying goodbye before March 31st, 2023. More information will follow in the coming weeks. If anyone knows of an upcoming opportunity for a dedicated, friendly, and organized person, please reach out to Shelley (or to us). She is a treasure and an asset to any business.

We will release upcoming news about our new online booking system. We will continue to offer traditional phone-in booking as well.

Happy summer all!
A quick update for everyone regarding Alberta’s Stage 3 reopening:

Even though the mask mandate/bylaws have expired, our staff and practitioners will continue mask use and enhanced cleaning procedures for infection control.

Mask use is now optional for our patients and we can usually safely distance everyone, but we still encourage it if you feel it serves you better.
