It’s all started over thirty years ago... from the first Hand Shake to the first Protein Shake...

Planet Fitness... Not just a health club, but a team of people wanting to share Fitness with the World... Mark is today still an amazing Ambassador of our industry, as is Shawn. Many years ago, together they set out to change the Bodies, Minds & Souls of Thousands with unhealthy individuals traveling across Canada with their Planet Fitness I.P.F.A Promotion. Marks amazing “Feats of Strength” always gathered a huge crowd in every city and town they traveled. With 22” arms and an amazing ability to influence others, Mark Marshall was unlike any usual bodybuilder of the day... He was on “Fire” for God & Fitness, in a World of Non-believing Non- training people. Everywhere they traveled “Lives” changed... Today all these years latter, Mark & Shawn stay close friends, reflecting on all the accomplishments they achieved with Planet Fitness... But more important then all that, the many lives these two strongmen changed.
