Did you know that if we are under a significant amount of stress or if our kidneys are not functioning optimally our bodies often will pull calcium and minerals from our bones causing us to be suseptable to injuries, and joint pain.

Its not always as simple as adding minerals and calcium to maintain healthy bones.

I myself have been guilty of neglecting to focus on effectively managing my stress, have neglected to eat the right foods and have neglected doing routine kidney flushes to keep my bones strong. I recently suffered a radius fracture to my wrist due to my negligence. I need to do better.

Moral of this story

Don't be me!!!! Act now and ensure that you are working to maintain healthy bones and and joints.

I was fortunate to have the opportunity to attend Dr Jay Vanden Heuvel's Revive Tour presentation last night.

Dr. Jay presented information on the importance of gut health. He also introduced a simple 15 day detox program designed to restore a healthy Biome in the gut.
