Jennifer Friars graduated from the 2200-hour program with Honors through the Alberta Institute of Massage in 2011. She is registered through the Natural Health practitioners of Canada, can direct bill most insurance companies, and is currently certified to provide Relaxation, Therapeutic, Sports and Thai massage, As well as cupping in addition to reflexology, and Shockwave therapy. She has taken specialized courses on the upper back and neck, on shoulder/rotator cuff dysfunctions, as well as on the low back and hip. She has learned key techniques that create balance and ease in the body, which fuels her aspiration to help each and every one of her clients to the best of her ability. Jennifer lives in Red Deer. She enjoys reading, baseball, volleyball, cross country skiing, camping and fishing during her spare time. Massage has been a passion of Jennifer’s since she was 16 years old. She has a fascination with muscles and the movements of the body. Jennifer’s clients often refer to her as personable, relatable and attentive to their needs. Her clients value her honesty, straight forwardness, attention to detail and the time she takes to teach clients how to understand the way their body works.

Update.
My fingers are healing but it's slow, theres lots of tissue damage. I seen the doctor yesterday and she has me off another week. Realistically I'm off until I can hold a head and neck in my hands without crying. I was hopeful to return to work next Monday, That isn't likely as I can't use them yet for anything. I will keep everyone in the loop. If you have sn upcoming appointment I'll get in touch. I am truly sorry for this and the inconvenience. I miss you people.Talk soon

As some of you know, I have had a crush injury to my fingers on my right hand. I did get my stitches out on Monday. The doctor has put me off till at least the October 1st, however, my middle finger isn't healing as well as I had hoped and is still super painful at times. That being said, i'm actually going to start contacting people to book for the October 6th week. ( I feel fairly confident that I will be okay to work by then). I appreciate everybody's patience, and well wishes in regards to my recovery. Talk soon
