Ages: 10-12 years
This class for tweens will offer a combination of poses to strengthen, improve balance and flexibility while still being fun and playful. There will be an emphasis on age-appropriate breath work, mindfulness and helpful tools to handle stressful situations and improved focus, all of which are essential for success in sports, life and school.
These classes will help to develop a well-rounded skill set that not only enhances athletic achievements but also fosters overall well-being. *All are welcome. Tweens do not need to be an athlete to attend.
