Little Lights Yoga specializes in kids yoga and yin yoga. Central Alberta's Registered Children's Yoga Teacher (RCYT). Little Lights provides kids, teen and adult yoga classes in the Red Deer and surrounding area. Our on-site services to schools, camps, preschools, day cares/day homes, studios, community programs, birthday parties and yoga play dates bring the benefits of yoga practices to all ages.

I stand in one place, on one leg, not going anywhere, just being. I’m in no hurry to grow.
Winter can be slow, summer can linger… I can wait.
My leaves, blossoms, and fruit will come in their time.

Jamie will guide you through a nourishing Spring Yin practice focused on the Liver and Gallbladder meridians, the organs associated with this season of renewal. We’ll explore the inner and outer leg lines, the sides of the body, and the chest. Creating space for growth, vision, and fresh beginnings.
As you settle into long-held Yin shapes, Amber will bathe the room in healing sound, weaving vibrations throughout the practice to support release and gentle awakening.

Together, stillness and sound will create space for your own renewal and rebirth this season.

UPDATE: Over the past while, you may have noticed I haven’t been hosting PD Camps. That’s because I’ve been working alongside an organization supporting youth who are navigating complex life challenges.

The feedback has been incredibly positive and more than that, it’s been deeply affirming. Watching these young people connect, regulate, and experience moments of calm has warmed my heart in ways I can’t quite put into words.

This is why I do this work! To create spaces where children/youth feel safe, seen, and supported.

I’m so grateful to be part of something that’s making a difference. 🙏🏽
