Room to Heal Reflexology & Reiki Reflexology with hotstones is an amazing therapy which has many health benefits For all that we do in a day and all we do for others.

It's time to take care of you. A 45 minute to 1 hour session off your feet, surrounded by peaceful music and pleasant aromas. All while your feet are being massaged and your whole body is relaxed with the technique of reflexology. I begin with a hotstone treatment to your lower legs and feet. And then using thumb and fingers to press along your feet, is the reflexology art of healing. Our feet are fully aligned with the rest of our bodies organs, nerves and all body systems. Reflexology helps release stress, circulation, brings our bodies back in balance and so much more. I also use Reiki, an ancient energy moving technique while I work your feet. You will leave feeling like you're walking on air :)
