Patrica is a Registered Social Worker, Clinical Traumatologist and she has a masters in Grief Counselling and Thanatology with over 20 years of experience. Patricia and the other therapists at Safe Solace are honoured to accompany you on a journey through difficulties to new possibilities in life. Patricia has an extensive background as a mental health professional and pride she prides herself on always challenging herself to work hard for her clients. She utilizes interventions that work best for you; Shadow Work, Inner Child Healing, Narrative, Cognitive Behavioral, Grief Counselling, Interpersonal, Systems, Existential, Emotion Focused, Exposure, Mindfulness, Trauma Therapies, CBT, and Psychodynamic Therapies. Patricia's own personal healing and growth provide her with many tools that are an inspiration in her counselling practice and enhance her educational knowledge, skills, intuition and experience.
