Patricia has an extensive background as a mental health professional and pride she prides herself on always challenging herself to work hard for her clients. She utilizes interventions that work best for you; Shadow Work, Inner Child Healing, Narrative, Cognitive Behavioral, Grief Counselling, Interpersonal, Systems, Existential, Emotion Focused, Exposure, Mindfulness, Trauma Therapies, CBT, and Psychodynamic Therapies.
