Grief can be intensified during the holidays. It can bring up feelings of the past, longing for those that are no longer with us. Feel the grief, find a way to honor and express it. This is a courageous act of mourning.You are grieving because you have loved in a deep way. You will find your way through.

Anger often gets a bad reputation, but it isn’t inherently destructive. Many times, it’s healthy. It shows up to protect you, to draw your attention to something that matters. At its core, anger is a deeply rooted part of you that cares about you and believes in your worth. Learning to honour and express it safely can be a powerful act of self-respect.
