My 44th birthday brings a very important shift for me and my business! I will be entering the full-time work force as an Analyst as of Ocotber 1st!

This means Whole Hearted Wellness will be closing in most official capacities. Scotland will be my last retreat and I will be available for very occasional distance or fully remote BodyTalk sessions.
