Please join us in welcoming Kim as she begins working in the part-time role of Community Connector for Social Prescribing! Once Kim gets settled, she will begin connecting with practitioners at 3 medical clinics initially and then start meeting with individuals in the community. We are over the moon excited to get this initiative moving forward in Regina.
