We’re so excited to introduce Sara, a Master Practitioner in Clinical Counselling (MPCC-Provisional), joining our team at Twin Flame Counselling.

Sara is deeply committed to providing inclusive, compassionate, supportive, and non-judgmental care, creating a space where clients feel respected and empowered throughout their healing journey.

With a person-centred and trauma-informed approach, Sara supports clients in self-discovery, emotional regulation, and reconnecting with a sense of safety in the body. Together, clients can explore how past experiences may be impacting their nervous system, daily functioning, and overall well-being — and work toward reclaiming their personal narrative.

“There are many benefits to seeing an RPN for counselling services! Some of these benefits include health teaching in areas such as diagnoses, medication, and physical/mental health. Seeing an RPN can be helpful for those experiencing challenges with mental health diagnoses, as RPNs can help them understand the diagnosis, symptoms, and treatment approaches offered in their community.”
