My name is Taylor Seversen I am a Regina area Registered Massage Therapist with Natural Heath Practitioners of Canada since 2015.

I have training in relaxation, therapeutic, myofacial cupping and pre and postnatal massage.

This is Greg, my longest standing client!

Greg started seeing me when I was in my first year as a student at Western College Of Massage Therapy in 2014!

June 22nd marked 10 years of being a full time Massage Therapist, a week ago I got chatting with a client about how long she had been seeing me, it would be 10 years in 2026.

This then got me thinking about my longest standing client, who's supported me and paid for my services the longest.

I know I have many clients that have been so loyal and have been with me for many many years and I greatly appreciate every one of you!

So when Greg came in today I was eager to snap a photo and offer his massage FREE of charge on me to thank him for being with me since the beginning!

What a decade it's been 💓

RASPBERRIES!

My little raspberry bush has taken off the last couple years as you may see it over and under the fence as you pull up!

I have such an abundance that I cannot keep up, so if you would like to bring a container or bag to your appointment please help yourself to some fresh raspberries

I have had a few clients ask about the portable infrared sauna I purchased earlier this year.

I have thoroughly enjoyed it and found it quite easy to set up. Takes no time to heat up, just a little post sauna clean up.

Great alternative price and space wise to a standard sauna!

It did come with the ice bath as well though I have not used it yet, I may get brave enough this spring 🥶

That is all of you. That is how many bodies my hands were able to help in 2024!
I often get asked how many people I see and truthfully I never knew, the years kind of blend together, it has been almost 10 years 🤯
There are some clients I may not see for a few weeks, months or years but when you walk in I feel like it was yesterday and I take that bond very seriously.

I am so grateful to all of you for trusting me to help you and your continued support of me through all the craziness that is going on in life, I hope to always be a warm table, open ears and welcoming hands to you.

I am away this week getting educated!

As most if not all my clients should be aware I am a huge advocate of stretching so I am excited to be taking this new course.

I am on my way to becoming a Level 1 Stretch Therapist.

This will be a new service option added in the spring.

Please keep an eye out and if you have any questions regarding this new treatment I can't wait to fill you in!
