Indigenous nurses play a vital role in advancing culturally safe, equitable health care and advocating for the health of Indigenous peoples across all settings.

We proudly acknowledge and celebrate First Nations, Métis and Inuit nurses, like Jenn Bellegarde, for their leadership, clinical excellence, and the cultural knowledge that helps ensure patients receive the right care, at the right time, in the right place.

Thank you for your dedication, resilience and strength.

We hope everyone had a safe and restful Easter weekend! 🌷

At Wellness Wheel Clinic, we know that the days following a long weekend are a great time to reflect on how we nourish our spirits and stay grounded. Whether you spent the last few days surrounded by family and community or took some quiet time for personal reflection, we hope you found moments of peace and connection.

As we move into the rest of the week, here are a few ways to keep that holiday wellness going:
Reflect on Connection: Think back to a meaningful conversation or a shared laugh from the weekend. These social bonds are vital for our emotional well-being.
Embrace New Beginnings: Just as spring brings new life, use this post-Easter period to reset a personal goal or start a healthy habit.

Check In With Yourself: If the weekend was busy, take five minutes today for a quiet breathing exercise or a short walk to find your center again.

Wellness is a continuous journey that bridges our cherished traditions with our daily health. Let’s carry that sense of renewal forward together.

How did you celebrate or find balance this past weekend?
