Change your thinking.
1. Instead of thinking, “I have to quit smoking”, change it to “I get to quit smoking”.
2. Instead of thinking, “This is going to be so hard”, change it to “This is going to be easier than I think it will be”.
3. Instead of thinking, “I’m going to be miserable and totally stressed out”, change it to “I get to stop chasing that next smoke/vape and feel what’s real”
