🧑‍🍳 GRILLED VEGGIE PIZZA
4 cups assorted sliced veggies (zucchini, mushrooms, peppers and onions)
1 Tbsp. Oh! So Garlic
1 Tbsp. Mediterranean Greek Seasoning Blend
2 tsp. olive oil
1 prepared large pizza crust or naan breads
1 cup store-bought or homemade pizza sauce
Olives (optional)
2 cups mozzarella cheese
Slice or chop the veggies and place them in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with seasonings and marinate for a minimum of 20 minutes. Grill veggies over medium heat until nicely charred. Spread pizza sauce over pizza crust or naan bread. Top up with grilled veggies and cheese. Place the pizza on the grill or in a grill pan and cook for 15 minutes until crust is browned and cheese is melted.

😋 PARTY PLEASER MANGO CURRY DIP
• 1 brick (250 g) cream cheese, softened
• 1 pkg. Mango Curry Fusion Dip Mix
• 1 cup sour cream
• 2 tsp. Mango Chili Lime Seasoning
• 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
• 15 - 20 cherry tomatoes, halved or sliced
• 2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
• 1 large cooked and seasoned chicken breast, diced
• 3 green onions, chopped
Combine Mango Curry Fusion Dip Mix with softened cream cheese, blend well; add sour cream and Mango Chili Lime Seasoning. Mix until well combined. Spread on a serving dish or platter and top with lettuce, tomatoes, chicken, cheese and green onions.

🌸 BIG NEWS: A Fresh New Way to Sunset Gourmet! 🌸
I am so excited to finally share some huge updates regarding our New Product Launch on April 8th! Sunset Gourmet is doing things a little differently this year to make sure you get the freshest flavors and the best experience possible.

Here is what you need to know:

💻 1. Go Digital! We are moving to an all-online experience! There won’t be a physical catalog this time, but don’t worry—I’ll have a Digital Flyer ready for you featuring all the brand-new arrivals.

⏳ 2. Don’t Lose Your Favorites! Instead of items disappearing overnight, they are being phased out. This is great news! If your absolute favorite dip or sauce is leaving, you’ll have a window of time to stock up before it’s gone for good.

📅 3. A Season of Surprises! Instead of everything dropping at once, NEW items will be introduced rolling out over April, May, and June. It’s like a three-month-long party! 🥳

🚨 4. End of Season Sale: Mark your calendars for April 1st – 7th. This is the final stretch of the current season—perfect for grabbing those winter staples.

This new "rolling launch" sounds so exciting! It gives us something new to look forward to all spring long. I will keep you updated as soon as I know more, but until then, keep an eye on my posts for sneak peeks!
