✨ Egg Waffled Protein Sandwich ✨

Ingredients:
• 3 large eggs
• 1/3 cup grated cheese
• 1 clove fresh minced garlic (or 1/4 tsp garlic powder)
• Salt & pepper
• Mini waffle maker

Instructions:
1. Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites.
2. Pour the egg yolks (in small portions) into your mini waffle maker and cook until set — this makes two yolk waffles.
3. In a bowl, mix the egg whites, grated cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper.
4. Pour small portions of the egg-white mixture into the waffle maker — it makes about 3 egg-white waffles.
5. Assemble your sandwich:
• Two egg-white waffles with the egg-yolk waffle layered in the center.

Enjoy this high-protein, low-carb breakfast that keeps you full and energized! 💛🍳🧇

🍳 3 eggs → 18g protein
🧀 1/3 cup cheese → 9–10g protein

Things We’re Embracing in 2025

1. Renewing Our Minds
This year, we’re spending our time focusing on things that will refresh our minds and guide us toward growth:
* Read a new book every month 📚
* Join a group of like-minded people to learn a new life skill
* Listen to more educational podcasts 🎧

2. Committing to God’s Vision
It’s time to take action on the vision God has placed in our hearts. If we want something in life, we must step outside our comfort zone to seek it.
* “Knock, and the door shall be opened; seek, and you shall find.” 🙌
We’re prioritizing what’s most important: God, family, and personal well-being—no more talking ourselves out of the opportunities He has given us!

3. Surrounding Ourselves with the Right People
We’re choosing relationships that pour into us, not drain us. This year, we will prioritize our mental health by surrounding ourselves with people who speak and act in love. No room for negativity—only like-minded, uplifting connections!

Hello Sioux Falls & Surrounding Community! I'm so excited to finally share with you the launch of Living Proof Sourdough—my micro-bakery! I believe food should be delicious and enjoyable, but also something that nourishes your body. My bread is made with organic ingredients and is long-fermented for 18-24 hours, which offers several benefits:

Pre-digestion of Gluten: The extended fermentation breaks down gluten, making the bread easier to digest for many people. This can help reduce bloating or discomfort commonly associated with gluten.
Increased Nutrient Availability: Fermentation helps unlock nutrients in the flour, such as vitamins and minerals like folate, iron, and magnesium, making them more bioavailable for your body to absorb.
Supports Gut Microbiome: Sourdough contains beneficial lactic acid bacteria that support the balance of good bacteria in your gut, promoting a healthier digestive system.
Lower Phytic Acid: Phytic acid, found in grains, can inhibit nutrient absorption. Long fermentation reduces phytic acid, allowing your body to absorb more nutrients from the bread.
Lower Glycemic Index: Sourdough has a lower glycemic index than many other breads, meaning it causes a slower rise in blood sugar levels. This can be beneficial for gut health and overall digestion.
