✨ Egg Waffled Protein Sandwich ✨
Ingredients:
• 3 large eggs
• 1/3 cup grated cheese
• 1 clove fresh minced garlic (or 1/4 tsp garlic powder)
• Salt & pepper
• Mini waffle maker
Instructions:
1. Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites.
2. Pour the egg yolks (in small portions) into your mini waffle maker and cook until set — this makes two yolk waffles.
3. In a bowl, mix the egg whites, grated cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper.
4. Pour small portions of the egg-white mixture into the waffle maker — it makes about 3 egg-white waffles.
5. Assemble your sandwich:
• Two egg-white waffles with the egg-yolk waffle layered in the center.
