Jalandhara Bandha, or Chin Lock, is a simple yet effective yoga technique that can help calm your nervous system, improve focus, and boost energy. By sitting comfortably and lowering your chin toward your chest while holding your breath, you activate the flow of prana (life force) throughout the body.

This practice is particularly helpful in meditation, as it deepens your connection to the present moment, increases clarity, and calms the mind. It also aids in relieving tension around the neck and shoulders, making it a wonderful counterbalance to the strain from sitting at desks or looking at screens.
