Of course I love to hear Lex feels better after her Thai massages but my favourite part is the improvement she has seen in her skin since using red light therapy.

After just 5 red light therapy treatments (mainly 15 min sessions), she has seen an improvement in her skin both in her cystic acne and psoriasis!

On December 27, 2024 I made the decision to take my health and fitness more seriously and started working with a trainer at the Training Spot Gym.

We started with strength training 3 days a week then after 4-ish months moved to 4 days a week.

My goal was nothing other than I wanted to be strong AF. I wanted to be able to have the strength and endurance to continue to do what I love for work. And jokingly said I want to be able to bounce a quarter off my ass 😂.

One year later, I am down 10lbs (which wasn’t my goal but a nice little extra) and stronger than I have been in my entire life at 47 years old.

I can’t thank Michael enough for what he has helped me accomplish in the last 12 months both physically and mentally. Some days I think he was more of a councillor than trainer but whatever I need during my sessions, he always knows how to read me and definitely knows how to push me.

This lovely lady comes to see me every time she is in town from Kelowna.

She is a crazy adventurer riding motor cycles, snow board extraordinaire and travelling all over the world.

Love our visits to catch up on all her new adventures and of course the opportunity to help her move better so she can continue her very active lifestyle.

Had the pleasure of working with #25 Ruslan Karimov from the in for a treatment last night.

Tough workouts, practices and of course intense games causing some tightness.

60 mins focused on lower body helped loosen muscle tension, reduce soreness and increase mobility.

From watching film, choosing the playlist and a little singing during his treatments, there was never a dull moment.

I’m proud to celebrate one year in business! And my partnership with the Training Spot Gym.

Over the past year, I’ve had the privilege of supporting existing clients & starting relationships with new clients on their wellness journeys through assisted stretching & thai massage — improving mobility, relieving stress and helping to enhance their overall well-being.
