The reading I did for this beautiful soul is one that I will remember forever.
And anyone who knows me and what I do, I sadly don’t get to remember much from my readings. (I think Spirit does that intentionally so that Mediums don’t have to carry everything we experience.)

The reading for Candice was nothing short of amazing. Her son did the BEST job connecting with his momma ❤️. I remember driving home and thanking him for doing such a good job. 🏅

If you wonder what an “evidential” medium does, we are able to bring forward specifics. In this reading, he knew that his parents had had pizza for supper the night before, he knew that they hung his skateboards up, he showed me his drawings and how they were displayed all over his bedroom wall.

While there is so much more that I could share, (and so much more I cannot recall bringing forward in the reading), I can say that I remember how I felt. The love that he brought forward, the concern for his parents, the confirmation that we DO go on after this life.

Every person that sits with me in my room leaves an imprint on my heart, and so do their loved ones that are no longer with us.

✨ Can we talk about intuition for a minute?

This April I’m teaching a 4-week Introduction to Intuition & Mediumship workshop right here in Regina where we’ll explore:

I’ve been quietly creating something very special behind the scenes, and I can finally say… it’s almost ready.

Starting in April, I’ll be opening a small group experience where we’ll explore the foundations of intuitive awareness and spiritual connection together.

It will be intimate, hands-on, and something I’ve been asked to teach for a long time.

Many people don’t know that there are 5 Reiki principles that should be practiced and lived daily.

I have started on a mission to learn more about Reiki and have started a daily practice where I put my hands in the Gassho position (palms together) and repeat and feel deeply into the 5 principles. I do this and other techniques to continue to connect to and strengthen the Ki flowing through me in my Reiki practice.

Reiki means a lot to me, and I always want to fully stand behind my practices that I offer my clients.

I have been spending some time learning more and diving deeper into my Reiki practice (more info to come), and I'm so excited to offer this amazing add on to my already powerful Reiki healing sessions.

This is a HANDS ON Japanese massage that is very light touch, and is performed over clothing. The massage helps you to ground back into your physical body, and assists your body in releasing, restoring and circulating not only energy but also physical circulation.
