Our first 2024 Regina CannaConnect breakfast was fabulous! We had great food from Nicky's Cafe and an awesome turn out from our members, their families and our supporting community. We loved seeing everyone back in our Wellness Lounge again and look forward to future events that can bring people together and help with their wellness journey. Cheers to 2024!!

Apologies! Change in plans! The Veteran Peer Support group will be every 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month starting tonight at 6:00pm. Please email jody.salway@forces.gc.ca to sign up.

Come down to our wellness lounge, socialize/chat (or don't), have a coffee, or build a puzzle and be amongst supporting peers.
