Try these pre-sport essentials:
• Warm up indoors (3–5 minutes)
• Activate glutes & core: bridges, clamshells, planks
• Light cardio: marching, step-ups
• Mobility: hips, ankles & thoracic spine
• Cool down afterward to reduce stiffness
