It has been awhile since we’ve been on here! Our social media hiatus came about when Chelsey when on maternity leave, but we’re ready to get back into it! Our programs have still been running, and we’re just starting up our spring groups. 🌸 Work isn’t so difficult to come back to when you’re greeted with these cute faces! 🥰

Our equine partners teach us incredible lessons, and one of the most important ones is trust within relationships. Rural Connections strives to provide a space free of judgement where you can feel safe to be you - whatever that means to you! Everyone has a story, and we are honoured that people choose to share theirs with us.

Rural Connections offers counselling services and we currently have availability! We offer our counselling services outdoors and incorporate horses for those who are interested in trying something different.
